In-Person & Telehealth
50 -53-minute session: $150 Individual/ $175 Couples
90 - Minutes: 270 individuals/$315 Couples
110 - minute session: $330 Individual/ $385 Couples
3 -hour intensive: $540/ $650 Couples*
Veterans/Active Duty/First Responders, and active college students are eligible for discounted rate $130 per 50 - 53-minute session.
We accept debit, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash payments.
*Initial intake session required prior to completing an intensive session.
Appointment Policy
Office visits are scheduled for specific dates and times.
It is important that the sessions begin and end on time.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged for the session.
If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please notify the office as soon as possible. You have the option to switch to a Telehealth appointment if you cannot attend in person.
For the safety and well-being of everyone, please do not come into the office if you are sick. Instead, reschedule, switch to Telehealth, or cancel your appointment.
Miscellaneous Service Fees
- No cost for first time consultation for 15-20minutes.
- Urgent 15-minute Phone Appointment during business hours: $30
- Superbills: Coastal Counseling and Wellness does not take insurance or part of any insurance plans. We can create Superbills to enable our clients to submit claims for out-of-network benefits reimbursement per their insurance coverage. No guarantees.
There is no cost associated with requesting and provision of Superbills to the client directly. - Additional policies that we can review within agreements
