Appointment Policy
Office visits are scheduled for specific dates and times.
It is important that the sessions begin and end on time.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged for the session.
If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please notify the office as soon as possible. You have the option to switch to a Telehealth appointment if you cannot attend in person.
For the safety and well-being of everyone, please do not come into the office if you are sick. Instead, reschedule, switch to Telehealth, or cancel your appointment.
In-Person & Telehealth
50 -53-minute session: $150
110 - minute session: $320
3 -hour intensive: $540
Veterans/Active Duty/First Responders are eligible for discounted rate $130 per 50 - 53-minute session.
We accept debit, credit cards, Venmo, and cash payments.
*Initial intake session required prior to completing an intensive session.
Miscellaneous Service Fees
- Urgent 15-minute Phone Appointment during business hours: $30
- *Please call or email as this cannot be scheduled through the portal
- Emails regarding clinical care requiring more than 5 minutes of time: $2 per minute starting after the first 5 minutes.
- For example, if a client emails and this requires multiple responses that take up more than 5 minutes of total time, client will be charged after 5 minutes.
- Instead, we recommend scheduling an urgent phone appointment, or for less urgent issues, waiting until your next appointment to discuss your concerns.
- Note: This does not include email requests for new patients or appointments.
- Documentation: $50
- Superbills: Coastal Counseling and Wellness does not take insurance or part of any insurance plans. We can create Superbills to enable our clients to submit claims for out-of-network benefits reimbursement per their insurance coverage. No guarantees.
- There is no cost associated with requesting and provision of Superbills.
