At Coastal Counseling & Wellness, we offer individual and couples counseling in Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Clearwater and surrounding areas. We provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, process experiences, and develop practical tools for healing and growth.
We walk alongside our clients using a collaborative, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach. We integrate evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support insight, strengthen relationships, and foster meaningful, lasting change.
When requested, biblical integration can be thoughtfully incorporated into the counseling process.
